Hairarchy Hair Return & Exchange Policy We want to make your return or exchange process simple and transparent.
💗 If you request a return or exchange, a ₹100 return shipping charge will apply for collecting the product from you.
When we dispatch the replacement product, an additional ₹100 shipping charge will apply.
So, the total shipping charge for an exchange is ₹200. Before returning the product, please make a clear video of the product and its condition and share it with our team. Once we check the video and confirm the return, we will arrange the pickup.
After receiving and checking your returned product, we will dispatch a fresh replacement product from our side.
Please note: The product should be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
